The Digital Design Studio (DDS) is a creative space that supports scholarship in a variety of forms (think podcasts, posters, mapping, timelines...) and interrogates digital technology through making.
Our goal is to strengthen your relationship with media, visual design, and digital tools and methods as both critic and creator. We value play, process, and inclusive practices that empower communities and push against exploitative and oppressive narratives. We offer services, instruction, and programming to support scholars from all disciplines and can help you at any stage of your project. The DDS supports Digital Scholarship within Tisch library, and is part of a broader community at Tufts, which includes Digital Humanities, the Data Lab and the Tufts MakerNetwork.
