The Digital Design Studio(DDS) is switching up a few of our services and we wanted to make sure you are the first to know!
New Service Desk
The large, wooden built-in desk on the third floor is the Digital Design Studio's new home to check-in for recording room appointments, print appointments, returning media production equipment, and getting any of your design and media questions answered!
Circulating Media Equipment
- Media production and making equipment will now circulate from the 3rd floor DDS Service Desk!
- We are adjusting our loan periods from 7 days to 4 days to accommodate usage and allow increased access to our collection.
Laser Engraver & 3D Printing
The DDS is piloting a laser engraving service. You can learn more about it on our DDS page under DDS services. In order to make this possible, we are pausing our 3D printing services. Folks looking to print can visit Nolop. If you have questions about the process of creating a file to print, you can schedule a meeting with Miles Donovan, DDS Studio Manager.
