Streaming media request form

Please use this form to submit up to 5 titles at a time for each course. If you have a large number of films or need to check the status of your request, please email tischstreamingmedia@tufts.edu. 

Please keep in mind the following considerations when making your request:
  • Processing times can vary, so we recommend that you submit your requests as early as possible. Please allow at least 2 to 3 weeks for processing. Some titles might take longer depending on the vendor or the rarity of the material.
  • Streaming options might not be possible for all titles, but we can look into providing DVDs of your films as an alternative. We will let you know which format is available after you submit your request.
  • Contents of streaming video platforms can change, and licenses can expire. Please be sure to request your films again each semester to ensure their availability.
  • Most streaming platforms that are marketed to consumers (streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, etc.) do not offer an institutional subscription, so films exclusively available on these platforms may be unavailable for educational use.
