There are 2 kits available at Lilly Music Library to borrow and take with you for one-day use as needed. Please borrow the entire bag of supplies and make sure they are all included when you bring it back - you cannot pick and choose specific items to borrow from the bag. 

Please note we have some supplies available for library use (on the table by the glass stacks room doors) if you just need to use a stapler, scissors, grab a piece of scrap paper, etc. while you are here in the library. 

This item can only be requested in person, and should be returned at the Music Library.

Lilly Music Library borrowing period

Tufts ID holders can check out equipment by visiting the main desk. These items can be borrowed for 1 day at a time*. Equipment and supplies must be returned to the Music Library Service Desk.

*The supply kit is available for one-day use - it is due the day after you borrow it, unless we are closed the following day, then the kit will be due by closing on the day you borrow it.

Conditions of Use

  • All supply kits should be returned in the condition it was received - please let us know if something needs to be replenished for the next user.
  • All kits must be returned to the Music Library service desk, not through the book drop.
  • Supply kit borrower assumes full responsibility for damage, loss or theft.

Damage, loss or theft

  • If an item is damaged, lost or stolen, please contact us at musiclib@tufts.edu and a staff member will reach out to you to discuss appropriate actions.
