Tufts ID holders can check out Tufts Bikes by visiting the Information and Circulation Desk. These items can be borrowed for 1 day at a time. Tufts members must sign a Tufts Bikes Agreement Form before they can loan. Keys, helmets, and lights must be returned to the Tisch Library Information and Circulation Desk.
Conditions of Use
Handle the equipment carefully
All bikes should be returned in the condition it was received. If there is any damage, fill out a Damage Report when returning the key
All bikes must be returned to the Tufts Bikes Shed (in front of Tisch Library) or Tufts Bike Rack (in front of Campus Center) in their assigned slot
Equipment borrower assumes full responsibility for damage, loss or theft
If an item is damaged, lost or stolen, please contact tuftsbikeshare@gmail.com and someone will reach out to you to discuss appropriate actions
Please check for damage before you ride! Any damage found should be reported using a Damage Report or at the Library Information and Circulation Desk
Standard Fees for Missing or Damaged Items:
Normal Wear & Tear: $0
Frame: $400
Key or lock: $50
Seat: $100
Helmet: $75
