Join Special Collections for an Open House on Friday, October 24th at 1:00-3:00 PM in Tisch Library Room 103. The Open House will feature highlights from the collection from the Middle Ages to the 20th century and an exhibit of books elaborately illustrated by Gustave Doré.

At 2:00 PM John Lehman, PhD candidate in ILVS, will discuss "Making Art with Rare Books." Mr. Lehman is the artist behind the large-scale and eye-catching exhibit, In the Well of the Wind-Up Bird, currently on display in Tisch Library. His artwork will be accompanied by visual and literary material from Tisch Library Special Collections.
