Using the Scanners, printers and copiers

Scanners

Save on copier fees by scanning and making a digital copy of, for example, a journal article or form you need to sign.

Location of Scanners

Scanners are located on the first, second and third floors of Tisch and at the Lilly Music Library.

How do I take the scanned file away with me?

You can save the scans to a disk, Google Drive, or email the file to yourself.

Printers

Location

Black and white and color printers are located throughout the library on the first, second and third floors. By default, printers will print double-sided (duplex) pages. You can print from all library computer workstations and also from your laptop, smartphone or tablet.  Additionally, you can print posters or large-format sizes using the large-format printer in the Digital Design Studio (DDS).

Payment

All printers only accept JumboCash.  If you don't have JumboCash, you can buy a copy card in the copy room on the 2nd (main) floor of the library. The card itself costs $1, and you can add value to it in $1 increments.

Copiers

Self-service copiers are located on the first, second, third floors of the library

Payment

The cost for black-and-white page is 10 cents and color page is 30 cents.  All copiers only accept JumboCash cards.  If you don't have JumboCash, you can buy a copy card in the copy room on the 2nd (main) floor of the library. The card itself costs $1, and you can add value to it in $1 increments.
