Tufts Technology Services offers 24/7 tech support and walk-up tech support for the Tufts community. Available services include:

  • Over-the-phone troubleshooting for basic computer questions or problems
  • Network connectively troubleshooting
  • Walk-in service for laptops
  • Virus checks and removals
  • Data backup
  • Setup for the Tufts wireless network
